We are looking for a Field HR Executive to manage HR operations across our wellness clinic branches.
Roles & Responsibilities:
Handle recruitment, interview coordination, and onboarding.
Conduct regular branch visits and coordinate with branch managers.
Monitor employee attendance, leave, and discipline.
Address employee grievances and support retention.
Maintain HR documentation and employee records.
Prepare recruitment, attendance, and attrition reports.
Coordinate employee exits and clearance formalities.
Requirements:
Any degree; MBA in HR is an advantage.
0–2 years of HR experience; freshers can apply.
Valuable communication and coordination skills.
Willingness to travel to multiple branches.
Basic knowledge of MS Excel and HR operations.
Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month
