Job Title: HR Recruiter

Job Summary

We are looking for a proactive and result-oriented HR Recruiter to manage the end-to-end recruitment process. The ideal candidate should have positive communication skills, sourcing expertise, and the ability to identify and hire suitable candidates within the required timelines.

Roles and Responsibilities
Manage end-to-end recruitment for various positions across departments.
Source candidates through Naukri, LinkedIn, job portals, employee referrals, and other recruitment channels.
Screen resumes and shortlist candidates based on job requirements.
Conduct initial HR screening calls to assess candidates' skills, experience, salary expectations, and availability.
Coordinate interviews between candidates and hiring managers.
Follow up with candidates and interview panels to ensure a smooth recruitment process.
Maintain and update candidate databases, recruitment trackers, and applicant records.




Negotiate salary packages and coordinate offer rollouts.
Follow up with selected candidates until they join the organization.
Build and maintain a strong candidate pipeline for current and future hiring needs.
Meet recruitment targets and ensure timely closure of open positions.
Provide regular recruitment status updates and hiring reports to management.

Required Skills
Valuable verbal and written communication skills.
Knowledge of recruitment processes and candidate sourcing techniques.
Familiarity with Naukri, LinkedIn, and other job portals.
Robust interpersonal, negotiation, and coordination skills.
Ability to manage multiple vacancies and meet deadlines.
Basic knowledge of MS Excel and recruitment tracking.

Qualifications: MBA or related studies Experience: 2 to 3 Years
