Motion Study
Conduct time studies to set standard times
Analyze manpower utilization
Improve productivity through better task allocation

Cost Reduction
Analyze operational costs
Suggest cost-saving measures
Improve resource utilization (materials, machines, labor)

Layout &
Facility Planning
Design plant/floor layouts for smooth material flow
Optimize space utilization
Ensure protected and ergonomic workstations

Quality &
Safety
Support quality improvement initiatives
Implement SOPs and standards
Ensure compliance with safety norms

Data Analysis &
Reporting
Prepare MIS reports and KPIs
Track productivity, efficiency, and losses
Use tools like Excel, ERP, or analytics software
