Role & Responsibilities
Identify and connect with investors, venture capital firms, private equity funds, banks, NBFCs, and lenders.
Source and execute capital-raising, equity funding, venture funding, and debt transactions.
Manage investor outreach, deal negotiations, term sheets, due diligence, and transaction closures.
Prepare investment proposals, pitch decks, financial models, and deal documentation.
Build and maintain a robust investor and lender network.
Evaluate funding prospects and structure suitable investment and financing deals.

Preferred Candidate Profile
Bachelor's degree in Finance, Commerce, or a related field; MBA Finance preferred.
37 years of experience in investment banking, fundraising, venture capital, private equity, or debt financing.
Robust knowledge of capital markets, investment structuring, financial modelling,



and deal execution.
Excellent networking, negotiation, and communication skills.
