Key Responsibilities
Creative Design &
Execution
Design social media creatives, digital advertisements, banners, brochures, hoardings, standees, and other marketing collaterals.
Create premium-quality visuals for real estate projects, campaigns, launches, events, and promotional activities.
Develop creative concepts and visual storytelling aligned with the brands positioning.

2.Branding &
Brand Consistency
Follow and maintain brand guidelines across all projects.
Ensure consistent use of logos, typography, colour palettes, and visual identity.
Support branding initiatives, rebranding exercises, and the development of brand collateral.
Campaigns &
Marketing Support
Collaborate with the marketing team to execute campaign requirements and creative strategies.
Develop creatives for digital marketing, lead-generation campaigns, festive promotions, and project launches.
Work on multiple projects and manage creative requirements within agreed timelines.

4 Digital &
Multimedia Creatives
Create engaging digital creatives, presentations, EDMs,



and marketing materials.
Basic motion graphics, video editing, and reel creation would be an added advantage.
Adapt creatives across different digital and print formats.
Coordination &
Delivery
Work closely with the marketing team to understand briefs and translate them into effective designs.
Incorporate feedback promptly and manage revisions efficiently.
Maintain organised design files and ensure timely delivery of all assigned projects.

Required Skills
Robust proficiency in Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator, and InDesign.
Working knowledge of Figma and other relevant creative tools.
A robust portfolio demonstrating premium branding, digital campaigns, and marketing collateral.
Excellent visual communication, typography, layout, and conceptualisation skills.
Ability to manage multiple projects independently while maintaining high-quality output.
