Job Overview

We are looking for an experienced hospitality skilled to manage VIP guest handling, corporate hospitality, and visitor services. The candidate will be responsible for ensuring a seamless and skilled experience for senior management, business visitors, and other distinguished guests.

Key Responsibilities
Manage VIP guests, CXOs, senior management, and other key visitors.
Coordinate guest visits, plant tours, meetings, and hospitality arrangements.
Handle guest relations and ensure a high standard of service and professional conduct.
Oversee cafeteria management, housekeeping, and related hospitality services.
Coordinate transportation, accommodation, and other arrangements for visiting guests.
Organize corporate events and manage visitor requirements.
Coordinate with internal departments to ensure smooth hospitality operations.
Maintain service standards and ensure guest satisfaction.

Educational Qualification
Bachelors Degree in Hotel Management / Hospitality Management from an Institute of Hotel Management (IHM) is mandatory.
