What You'll Do:
Greet guests and manage walk-ins with professionalism and energy
Handle the reservation system, waitlists, and table assignments
Communicate guest preferences or special occasions to the floor team
Guide guests to their tables and ensure smooth seating flow
Track table status and pacing in coordination with captains
Manage guest exits with warmth—thank them, ask for feedback, and offer a genuine goodbye
Support floor reset and manage front-of-house hygiene/appearance
We’re Looking for Someone Who:
Has 1–2 years of experience in a guest-facing hospitality role
Speaks confidently and connects well with people
Is organized, proactive, and calm under pressure
Has a warm presence and attention to guest experience
Is comfortable with reservation tools and basic front desk systems
