Relevant experience in CSR, fundraising, partnerships, or NGO development preferred. Job Summary We are looking for a motivated qualified to develop CSR partnerships, identify funding prospects, strengthen the organization’s visibility, and coordinate social impact initiatives. Key Responsibilities - Identify and connect with corporates for CSR funding and project partnerships.
Prepare and pitch CSR proposals to potential donors and corporate partners.
Build relationships with companies, NGOs and other stakeholders.
Explore skill development initiatives and subcontracting or implementation partnerships.
Develop collaborations to improve the trust’s brand visibility and outreach.
Organize events, awareness campaigns,



and community development activities.
Build and maintain a database of CSR contacts, donors, and potential partners.
Support fundraising, partnership development, and project coordination.
Build and maintain connections with old age homes and orphanages.

Required Skills - Solid communication, presentation, and negotiation skills.
Ability to develop partnerships and approach corporate decision-makers.
Experience in CSR proposals, fundraising, or NGO-related activities is an advantage.
Strong networking, coordination, and management skills.
Self-driven, target-oriented, and willing to travel for meetings.
