Position: Academic Hostel Warden

We are looking for a responsible, disciplined, and student-friendly Academic Hostel Warden to manage hostel activities, maintain discipline, and support students in their academic and personal development.

Roles and Responsibilities
Supervise students and ensure discipline within the hostel.
Monitor students’ daily routines, study hours, and academic progress.
Maintain a protected, clean, and supportive hostel setting.
Ensure students follow hostel rules and regulations.
Monitor attendance, study sessions, and student activities.
Coordinate with teachers, parents, and management regarding student performance and behavior.
Address students’ concerns and provide guidance and motivation.
Ensure proper care, safety, and well-being of students.
Maintain hostel records, attendance registers, and daily reports.
Handle emergencies and report incidents promptly to the management.





Qualifications and Skills
Graduate or postgraduate degree in any relevant discipline.
Prior experience in hostel management, student supervision, or academic mentoring is preferred.
Positive communication and interpersonal skills.
Solid leadership, discipline, and organizational abilities.
Patient, approachable, and capable of handling students responsibly.
Ability to monitor and motivate students to achieve academic excellence.

Key Requirements
Commitment to student safety and academic development.
Willingness to stay in the hostel, if required.
Ability to work flexible hours according to hostel needs.
