Role Description: The Human Resources Executive role is a full-time, on-site position based in Chennai. This role involves managing day-to-day HR operations, including employee onboarding, documentation, and maintaining HR records.

Qualifications
Robust foundation in Human Resources (HR) and HR Management, with the ability to support overall people strategies and processes.
Hands-on experience in HR Operations, including recruitment coordination, onboarding, HR documentation, and HRIS or HR-related systems.
Proficiency in Employee Relations,



including conflict resolution, grievance handling, and supporting employee engagement initiatives.
Ability to understand, implement, and maintain HR Policies, ensuring compliance with relevant labor laws and organizational standards.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with diverse teams and stakeholders.
Attention to detail, solid organizational skills, and the ability to manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced events and experiential marketing workplace.
Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field; professional HR certifications are an advantage.
Prior experience in the events, marketing, or hospitality industry is beneficial.
