Hardware Lead Engineer
End-to-End Hardware Development
Ability to work independently with minimal hand-holding and take ownership of complete hardware development.
Proven experience in successfully completing at least 1–2 end-to-end product development cycles, covering:
Prototyping and proof-of-concept development.
Drafting specifications and designing to specifications, including schematic design, PCB design, and design reviews.
Conducting pre-compliance EMI/EMC and electrical safety testing.
Developing hardware verification, validation, and test strategies.
Understanding mass production requirements, including hardware testing and assembly.
Areas of Expertise
Sensor data acquisition.
DC motor driving.
Low-rail power design.




Hands-on experience with microcontrollers such as STM32 or equivalent.
Technical Competencies
Hardware–Firmware Integration: Solid collaboration with firmware teams throughout product development.
Analog and Power Electronics: Analog circuit design, low-power design, and DC-DC converters.
Microcontrollers: Microcontroller-based hardware design and integration.
Board Bring-Up: PCB validation, debugging, and functional verification.
Circuit Design: Schematic design, circuit calculations, and translating design requirements into hardware.
