About the Role La Bake Amore is looking for a motivated and enthusiastic HR Intern to support the Human Resources team in day-to-day HR activities. This internship will provide hands-on experience in recruitment, candidate coordination, employee documentation, and other HR operations.
Roles and Responsibilities
Assist in end-to-end recruitment activities, including sourcing, screening, and shortlisting candidates.
Coordinate interviews and schedule meetings with candidates and hiring managers.
Communicate with candidates regarding interview schedules, feedback, and follow-ups.
Post job openings on LinkedIn and other relevant job portals.
Maintain candidate databases and update recruitment trackers.
Assist with onboarding and joining formalities for new employees.
Collect and maintain employee documents, agreements, and other HR records.
Support attendance tracking, leave records, and other HR administrative activities.
Assist in preparing HR letters, emails, and other official documents.
Maintain confidentiality of employee and company information.
Perform other HR-related tasks as assigned by the HR team.
Eligibility Criteria
Bachelor's degree or pursuing a degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
Freshers are welcome to apply.
Basic knowledge of MS Excel, MS Word, and email communication.
Positive verbal and written communication skills.
Robust organizational and time-management skills.
Willingness to learn and take responsibility.
Ability to multitask and work effectively in a team.
