Qualification: B.E./B.Tech/Diploma in Civil Engineering
Experience: 5–10 Years
Key Responsibilities
Supervise finishing works, including plastering, flooring, painting, and waterproofing.
Manage installation of doors, windows, and other finishing items.
Read and execute work as per construction drawings and BOQ.
Ensure quality standards and timely completion of finishing works.
Coordinate with site teams, contractors, and vendors.
Identify and rectify snags and finishing defects.
Monitor material usage and maintain work progress records.
Required Skills
Solid knowledge of finishing works and construction drawings.
Understanding of BOQ, material estimation, and quality control.
Positive site coordination and problem-solving skills.
Ability to manage finishing activities independently.
