Hiring: GeM Portal Executive

We are looking for a skilled and detail-oriented GeM Portal Executive to manage our organization's Government e-Marketplace (GeM) portal activities, including product catalogue management, tender participation, and bid-related documentation.

Key Responsibilities
Manage day-to-day activities on the GeM portal.
Upload, update, and maintain product catalogues with accurate descriptions, specifications, pricing, and relevant documents.
Search for relevant tenders, bids, and Reverse Auctions (RA) on the GeM portal.
Prepare, upload, and submit bids and tender-related documents within deadlines.
Monitor bid status, tender updates, results, and order progress.
Coordinate with internal teams to collect technical, commercial, and compliance documents.
Ensure accuracy of product listings and compliance with applicable GeM requirements.
Maintain records of submitted bids, product catalogues, purchase orders, and other portal activities.
Coordinate with relevant departments for order processing, delivery, invoicing, and payment follow-ups, wherever required.

Required Skills
Practical knowledge of the Government e-Marketplace (GeM)



portal.
Experience in catalogue creation, product listing, and catalogue management.
Knowledge of tender searching, bid submission, and tender documentation.
Positive computer skills, particularly Ms Excel, Word, and PDF documentation.
Robust attention to detail, organizational skills, and deadline management.
Valuable written communication and coordination skills.
Ability to handle multiple tenders and portal activities simultaneously.

Candidate Profile
Experience: Preferably 1–3 years of relevant GeM portal experience.
Qualification: Graduate in any discipline; relevant experience will be preferred.
Preferred: Candidates who have independently handled GeM catalogue uploads, bid submissions, and tender documentation.
