Job Responsibilities
Manage interior projects from start to completion.
Handle and coordinate the site team, contractors, carpenters, electricians, painters, and other workers.
Coordinate with clients, designers, vendors, and suppliers for smooth project execution.
Visit sites regularly and monitor daily work progress.
Ensure work is completed as per approved drawings, quality standards, and project timelines.
Plan and coordinate material requirements and ensure timely availability at the site.
Resolve day-to-day site issues and avoid delays in execution.
Monitor labour, material usage, and project expenses.
Provide regular project updates to management.
Ensure all pending works are completed and projects are handed over to clients on time.
Requirements
Experience in interior execution and site management.
Valuable team handling and coordination skills.
Basic knowledge of interior materials, drawings, and execution processes.
Valuable communication and problem-solving skills.
Ability to take responsibility and manage projects independently.
Key Expectation: The candidate should take complete responsibility for site coordination, team management, and execution of interior projects from start to finish, with minimal supervision from management. Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹2,000,000.00 per year
