Job Summary: We are looking for an experienced Corporate HR Head to lead HR strategy, recruitment, employee relations, performance management, payroll, compliance, and HR operations across the organization and its project sites.

Key Responsibilities
Develop and implement corporate HR policies, procedures, and strategies.
Lead end-to-end recruitment for corporate offices and project sites.
Manage manpower planning, talent acquisition, onboarding, and employee retention.
Oversee payroll, compensation, perks, attendance, and leave management.
Ensure compliance with applicable labour laws and statutory requirements.
Implement performance appraisal systems, training, and employee development programs.
Handle employee grievances, disciplinary matters, and conflict resolution.
Manage HR budgets, workforce planning, and HR MIS reports.




Coordinate with department heads and senior management to meet business objectives.
Standardize HR processes across all projects and locations.

Qualification: MBA/PGDM in Human Resources or equivalent qualification. Experience: 10–15 years of HR experience, preferably in real estate or construction, with corporate-level HR leadership experience.

Required Skills: Leadership, strategic HR planning, labour law compliance, recruitment, payroll management, employee engagement, HR analytics, and excellent communication skills.

Pay: ₹60,000.00 - ₹90,000.00 per month
