Kshetrapal Multispeciality Hospital, a well-established 200-bed hospital in Ajmer, invites applications from experienced healthcare professionals to establish, develop, and lead its Department of Preventive Health & Executive Health Check-ups.

Our Strengths

An average of 500 OPD patients daily (range 450–650)
Approximately 40 inpatient admissions daily
Advanced pathology laboratory and diagnostic imaging facilities, including CT, MRI, and PET-CT
Experienced cardiologists, physicians, gastroenterologists, and other super-specialists
An established patient base and comprehensive multispeciality infrastructure

Responsibilities The selected candidate will be responsible for:
Developing corporate and institutional health-check partnerships
Coordinating diagnostic services and specialist consultations
Developing evidence-based preventive and executive health-check programmes
Increasing patient participation and departmental revenue
Building an productive, patient-friendly and financially sustainable department

Eligibility




Candidates should have proven experience in establishing, managing, or successfully expanding preventive health services in a reputed hospital or healthcare institution.
Preference will be given to candidates who can demonstrate measurable achievements in patient acquisition, revenue growth, and departmental management.

Remuneration and Growth opportunities
Attractive salary, negotiable according to experience and previous achievements.
The initial six months will be devoted to developing the department and demonstrating its revenue-generating potential.
Following a satisfactory six-month performance and revenue review, the successful candidate will be considered for a long-term leadership arrangement with enhanced remuneration, greater responsibilities, and performance-linked growth opportunities.
