Finesse Staffing is looking for an experienced HR qualified with robust expertise in HR operations, labour law compliance, legal matters, and statutory requirements.
Key Responsibilities:
Manage end-to-end HR operations, employee relations, engagement, and retention.
Handle recruitment, onboarding, and induction.
Maintain HR policies, employee records, and documentation.
Manage statutory compliance, including EPF, ESIC, and applicable labour laws.
Coordinate with authorities and auditors for inspections and audits.
Handle employment-related legal matters, notices, agreements, and documentation.
Support performance management, training, and employee development.
Ideal Candidate: A proactive HR qualified with strong knowledge of industrial HR practices, labour laws, statutory compliance, and employment-related legal matters.
