Position: HR Intern – IT Recruitment Sourcing
Location: Sector 67, Gurugram
Work Mode: 5 Days Work From Office
Working Days: Sunday–Thursday
Shift Timings: 11:00 AM – 8:00 PM
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
Source candidates for various IT and technical roles.
Screen resumes and shortlist suitable candidates.
Learn sourcing techniques using Naukri and LinkedIn.
Use Boolean Search and X-Ray Search to identify talent.
Coordinate interviews and follow up with candidates.
Understand technical job descriptions and IT skill sets.

Freshers interested in building a career in HR and recruitment.
Candidates with positive communication and interpersonal skills.
Individuals willing to learn and work in a target-driven environment.
Candidates comfortable working from the office in Sector 67, Gurugram.
