Role & responsibilities
Escalating IT issues to the IT manager where necessary
Installation and troubleshooting of Client Operating Systems like 7,8,10 and MAC.
Windows Server Administration (Windows 2003, 2008, 2008R2, 2012, 2012R2).
Windows Roles: Active Directory, DNS, DHCP, Group Policies.
Valuable knowledge and understanding of the Servers and Workstations infrastructure.
Configuring and Installing of Network Printer, Scanning System, Antivirus, Network devices and services (e.g., routers, switches, firewalls, proxy servers, switches, WAN accelerators, DNS and DHCP)
Performing network maintenance and system upgrades including service packs, patches, hot fixes and security configurations
Troubleshooting operating system Problem and repair it.
Fault finding to laptops and desktops
Assemble & Disassemble the PCs, HDD Partition and Formatting, Software.
Troubleshooting of Network Problems & Desktop Problems.
Printer Networking & Sharing.




Reporting faults and maintaining logs on servers, desktops and laptops
Maintaining Inventory logs of all IT related devices

Preferred candidate profile
Strong interpersonal, written, and oral communication skills.
Able to conduct research into networking issues and products as required.
Ability to present ideas in user-friendly language.
Highly self-motivated and directed, with keen attention to detail.
Proven analytical and problem-solving abilities.
Able to effectively prioritize tasks in a high-pressure environment.
Strong customer service orientation.

Experience working in a team-oriented, cooperative workplace

Desired Candidate Profile
Cisco Certified Network Associate (CCNA) certification, (Cisco Certified Network professional (CCNP) preferred).
Experience minimum 2 to 5 years
