oom Cleaning & Maintenance: Thoroughly clean, sanitize, and arrange guest rooms and bathrooms, including changing linen, vacuuming, dusting, and wiping surfaces.
Amenities Restocking: Replenish toiletries, towels, minibar items, and coffee supplies.
Public Area Cleaning: Maintain cleanliness in hallways, lobbies, and other public spaces.
Guest Service: Respond promptly to guest requests for additional supplies or cleaning, providing skilled and friendly service.
Safety & Security: Report maintenance issues, safety hazards, or broken items to management. Adhere to safety protocols, including handling chemicals and storing cleaning supplies.
Inventory Control: Manage and organize the housekeeping cart with required supplies
