Job Responsibilities
Recruitment & Selection: Manage end-to-end recruitment, candidate screening, interview coordination, and hiring.
Employee Onboarding: Handle offer letters, appointment letters, employment forms, NDAs, joining formalities, and induction.
Attendance & Leave Management: Monitor employee attendance, leave records, working hours, and punctuality.
Payroll Coordination: Coordinate salary processing, payroll records, salary revisions, and employee deductions in accordance with applicable policies and laws.
HR Policies & Compliance: Implement company HR policies and maintain compliance with applicable labour laws and statutory requirements.
Employee Relations: Address employee grievances, maintain discipline, and promote a qualified work workplace.
Performance Management: Monitor employee performance, coordinate appraisals, and support performance improvement initiatives.
HR Documentation: Maintain employee records,



employment agreements, confidentiality documents, and other HR-related records.
HR Operations: Manage HR activities through company systems, including Odoo, and prepare regular HR reports.
Workforce Planning: Coordinate with management and department heads to identify staffing requirements and support organizational growth.

Maintain confidentiality and accuracy in all HR activities.
Ensure timely completion of recruitment and HR operations.
Demonstrate solid communication, organizational, and leadership skills.
Support the company's growth by developing effective HR processes and employee management practices.

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹40,000.00 per month
