About the role
We are a growing team, and we need someone to look after the people side of the company, from the day someone joins to the day they leave. You will work directly with our founder. This is a 6-month internship for freshers. Do well, and there is a real chance of a full time role after it.
What you will do
Help hire staff and interns: post openings, screen CVs, and set up interviews
Handle joining and exit paperwork for team members
Keep track of attendance and leave, and prepare monthly salary inputs
Prepare offer letters and keep employee files and HR policies organised
Plan team events and help keep the team happy and connected
Who we are looking for
A graduate in any field (HR study like MBA, BBA or PGDM in HR is a plus)
Fresher, or up to 1 year of experience
Available full time (not attending college classes)
Valuable spoken and written English, and Hindi
Basic Google Sheets or Excel
Already uses ChatGPT or other AI tools
Bengali is a plus
Internship details
Duration: 6 months
Stipend: ₹10,000 to ₹14,000 per month
Office: Ecospace, New Town, Kolkata
Working days: 6 days a week, with one weekly off of your choice
Timings: 10:45 AM to 8:00 PM
Joining: within 15 days
