Industrial Relations (IR) & Labor Law Compliance
Manage relations with shop-floor workers, contract labor agencies, and labor unions (where applicable).
Handle collective bargaining, wage settlements, and union negotiations to ensure operational continuity.
Address worker grievances, disciplinary actions, domestic enquiries, and dispute resolutions swiftly and fairly.
Ensure strict adherence to regional and national statutory labor laws (such as the Factories Act, Industrial Disputes Act, Contract Labour Act, ESI, PF, and Minimum Wages Act).
Talent Acquisition & Workforce Planning
Forecast manpower requirements in coordination with production and shift heads to manage blue-collar and white-collar staffing.
Manage end-to-end recruitment for permanent, temporary, and contractual/third-party labor.
Drive robust on-boarding, safety orientation, and shop-floor integration for current hires.
Monitor and implement strategies to curb high voluntary attrition and absenteeism common in manufacturing setups.
Plant Administration, Welfare & Safety
Oversee daily time-office operations, shift scheduling, attendance tracking,



and overtime management.
Manage worker welfare activities, including the plant cafeteria, transport, uniforms, health check-ups, and canteen committees.
Partner with the Setting, Health, and Safety (EHS) team to enforce accident-prevention policies, safety drills, and zero-harm workplace cultures.
Compensation, Payroll & Performance
Administer monthly payroll processing, incentives, and statutory bonus calculations in tandem with finance.
Oversee periodic performance appraisals for staff and skill-matrix evaluations for line workers.
Design reward and recognition programs to boost shop-floor morale and productivity.
Training & Capability Building
Identify skill gaps among machine operators and technicians.
Coordinate technical training, safety compliance training, and ISO/quality management awareness programs.

Pay: ₹1,000,000.00 - ₹1,200,000.00 per year
