Provide L1/L2 support for desktops, laptops, printers, and peripherals.
Install, configure, and troubleshoot Windows operating systems and business applications.
Manage user accounts, email configurations, and access permissions.
Monitor and troubleshoot LAN, WAN, Wi-Fi, VPN, and internet connectivity issues.
Coordinate with vendors for hardware procurement, repairs, and warranty support.
Maintain IT asset inventory and documentation.
Support meeting room AV equipment, video conferencing, and communication tools.
Handle software installations, upgrades, and patch management.
Assist in IT security compliance, endpoint protection, and antivirus management.
Respond to service requests and incidents within defined SLAs.
Support onboarding and offboarding activities for employees.
Escalate critical issues to relevant teams and track resolution.
Windows 11 administration.
Basic knowledge of Active Directory and Microsoft 365.
Understanding of LAN/WAN, TCP/IP, DNS, DHCP, and VPN.
Positive troubleshooting and communication skills.
Experience with IT ticketing tools and asset management.
