Key Responsibilities
Manage HR for factory, office and project-site employees.
Handle employee grievances, discipline and conflict resolution.
Monitor attendance, shifts, overtime and payroll inputs.
Implement and enforce HR policies consistently.
Lead HR executives; coordinate recruitment, onboarding and exits.
Report workforce updates and HR issues to senior management.
Candidate Profile
7+ years of HR experience, including managerial responsibility.
Experience in manufacturing, electronics or project-based organisations preferred.
Proven ability to lead HR teams, manage employee relations and advise senior management.
Working knowledge of payroll, labour compliance and HR documentation.
