Role & responsibilities

Support lead generation, tender processing, quotation preparation, customer communication, and coordination between Sales, Engineering, Production, Quality, and Dispatch teams for industrial valve business.
Generate and qualify leads from Pharma, Chemical, Petrochemical, Metal, Mining, Sugar & Ethanol, Power, Cement, Water, Process Industries, EPC Contractors, and OEMs.
Maintain customer, project, inquiry, and chance databases.
Review customer RFQs, tenders, technical specifications, and commercial requirements.
Prepare techno-commercial quotations and tender submissions with support from engineering and sales teams.
Compile compliance statements, technical documents, and bid-related documentation.
Follow up on quotations, tenders, technical clarifications, and customer inquiries.
Coordinate with Engineering, Production, Quality, Planning, and Dispatch teams for order execution and delivery commitments.
Track inquiries, quotations, tenders, orders, and project prospects.
Prepare sales MIS, quotation trackers, order status reports,



and business reports.
Maintain skilled communication with customers through email and telephone

Preferred candidate profile
Good communication and coordination skills.
Basic knowledge of MS Excel, Word, and email communication.
Strong attention to detail and documentation.
Ability to manage multiple tasks and deadlines.
Willingness to learn industrial valve products, tendering, and sales processes.
