Lead HVAC projects from initial site assessment and technical planning through installation, troubleshooting and handover, with strong command of ductable and VRF air-conditioning systems.

Responsibilities
Visit client sites, assess cooling requirements and recommend technically suitable air-conditioning solutions.
Prepare and verify low-side requirements, including copper piping, ducting, drainage, electrical interfaces and installation materials.
Review and modify AutoCAD layouts; interpret duct drawings and coordinate AHU, ductable and VRF installations.
Plan site execution and assign tasks to supervisors, technicians and installers; monitor timelines, workmanship and material usage.
Troubleshoot technical and execution problems in office, including HVAC retrofit projects.
Coordinate with the godown / stores in-charge on material readiness,



issue and return; enforce site discipline and safe work practices.

Requirements
At least 5 years of practical HVAC experience, including 2 years managing projects or site execution teams.
Robust technical knowledge of VRF, ductable AC, ducting, copper piping and AHU systems.
Ability to read and make practical modifications to AutoCAD / HVAC drawings.
Experience in site surveys, execution planning and technical fault resolution.

Preferred qualifications
Experience managing industrial / institutional / commercial HVAC sites.
Solid vendor, customer and field team coordination.

Work setting: Travel to project sites in Jamshedpur and nearby service areas, as required.
