Role & Responsibilities
Plan, execute, and monitor HVAC installation projects from start to completion.
Manage project schedules, budgets, manpower, and material requirements.
Supervise site engineers, technicians, and project teams.
Ensure proper installation of VRV/VRF systems, chillers, ducting, ventilation, and other HVAC systems.
Coordinate with clients, consultants, vendors, and internal departments.
Monitor project progress and ensure timely completion.
Ensure compliance with quality standards, safety regulations, and technical specifications.
Prepare project reports, site updates, and progress documentation.
Identify and resolve technical and site-related issues.

Preferred Candidate Profile
BE/B.Tech or Diploma in Mechanical Engineering or a related field.




35 years of experience in HVAC project management or execution.
Solid knowledge of commercial and industrial HVAC systems.
Experience in project planning, site coordination, team management, and material planning.
Valuable communication, leadership, and problem-solving skills.
Willingness to travel to project sites as required.
Two-wheeler and valid driving licence preferred.
