Experience Required: 1–3 Years experience in Valuation, AIF, ESOP & M&A;
We are looking for a qualified Chartered Accountant (CA) with proven practical experience in the following areas:
Business Valuation: DCF, financial modelling, comparable company analysis and valuation reports.
AIF Advisory: AIF regulations, fund structuring, valuation and compliance.
ESOP Advisory: ESOP valuation, structuring, implementation and accounting.
M&A; Advisory : Transaction structuring, deal analysis and transaction-related valuations.
Candidate Requirements:
Qualified Chartered Accountant.
Minimum 1–3 years of relevant qualified experience.
Solid analytical, financial modelling and report-writing skills.
Ability to independently handle client assignments.
