Key Responsibilities
Talent Acquisition &
Onboarding:

Manage end-to-end recruitment pipelines, from sourcing and interviewing to offer negotiation, and design seamless onboarding programs for current hires.
Employee Relations &
Engagement:

Serve as the primary point of contact for employee inquiries, resolve workplace concerns constructively, and implement initiatives to boost team morale and retention.
Performance &
Talent Management:

Oversee performance appraisal cycles, career development planning, and training initiatives.
Policy Compliance &
Administration:

Maintain HR policies, ensure compliance with local labor laws, and manage personnel records, attendance, and leave management systems.
HR Operations &
Analytics:

Streamline HR processes, manage payroll inputs, and track key HR metrics (turnover rates, time-to-hire, etc.) to inform leadership decisions.

Qualifications &
Requirements
Experience:



Minimum of 3 to 5 years of progressive experience in Human Resources, talent acquisition, or generalist roles (startup or corporate workplace experience is a plus).
Education: Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Human Resources Management, Business Administration, or a related field (MBA-HR preferred).
Skills:
Exceptional communication, interpersonal, and conflict-resolution skills.
Solid working knowledge of local labor regulations, HR compliance, and payroll processing.
Proficiency in recruitment portals, LinkedIn Recruiter, HRIS, and MS Office / Google Workspace tools.
Ability to handle confidential information with utmost discretion and integrity.

Pay: ₹30,000.00 - ₹35,000.00 per month
