Responsibilities
We re looking for a Talent Acquisition Specialist to manage the full recruitment cycle and help us hire strong people across the technical side.
Manage end-to-end recruitment: intake meetings, sourcing, screening, interview coordination, offer, and onboarding handoff.
Source candidates proactively through LinkedIn, job portals, referrals, communities, and talent databases
Screen resumes and run initial phone or video interviews to assess skills, experience, and culture fit
Maintain and update the Applicant Tracking System (ATS) with accurate candidate data Coordinate interviews and give candidates timely feedback and updates




Negotiate offers and handle salary discussions, within approved bands
Track recruitment metrics such as time-to-hire, source effectiveness, and offer acceptance rate
Support employer branding, campus hiring, and job fairs Follow equal prospect and data privacy practices throughout the process

Skills
Solid expertise in Boolean Search, X-ray Search, and advanced sourcing techniques.
Hands-on experience with LinkedIn, Naukri, and other recruitment platforms.
Ability to source quality candidates for multiple technical requirements.
Experience in talent mapping, market research, and passive candidate sourcing.
