Role Overview
We are looking for a highly driven Marketing Associate – Influencer Partnerships to help scale Troovy’s creator ecosystem. Should be able to work in a rapid-paced environment. Startup experience is a plus.
This role is ideal for someone who understands internet culture, creator marketing, and contemporary consumer brands, and enjoys building relationships and executing high-impact campaigns.
Key Responsibilities
Identify, scout, and onboard relevant creators and influencers aligned with the brand
Manage end-to-end influencer collaborations from outreach to execution
Coordinate campaign briefs, negotiations,
timelines, and deliverables
Build and maintain long-term creator relationships
Track campaign performance, engagement metrics, and content output
Stay updated with creator trends, viral formats, and emerging talent
Work closely with internal creative, performance, and brand teams
Assist in celebrity campaigns, brand partnerships, and launch activations
Preferred Qualifications
1–2 years of experience in influencer marketing, social media, or brand partnerships.
Bachelors from a premium institution in Marketing and communications.
FMCG, food, beverage, kids, parenting or consumer brand experience.
Understanding of performance marketing and creator-led advertising.
Experience working with creators/agencies is a plus.
Familiarity with Social Media and creator analytics tools.
