We are looking for an experienced US IT Recruiter with 4–9 years of hands-on experience in US IT staffing and recruitment.
Responsibilities:
Handle end-to-end US IT recruitment for technical requirements.
Source candidates through Dice, Monster, LinkedIn, and other job portals.
Recruit for technologies such as Java, .NET, Python, DevOps, Cloud, Data Engineering, QA, and other IT skills.
Screen candidates and submit qualified profiles to clients.
Work on W2, C2C, and C2H requirements.
Coordinate interviews, follow-ups, rate negotiations, and placements.
Meet daily and monthly recruitment targets.
Requirements:
4 + years of experience in US IT Recruitment.
Robust knowledge of US IT staffing processes and technical recruiting.
Excellent sourcing, screening, and communication skills.
Willingness to work night shifts from our Tolichowki, Hyderabad office.
