Key Responsibilities
Interact with clients to gather and understand business requirements.
Document workflows, processes, and functional requirements clearly.
Assist in preparing requirement specifications and solution proposals.
Support the technical team during software configuration and customisation.
Participate in client meetings, demos,
and training sessions.
Research industry practices and suggest improvements for ERP implementations.
Provide ongoing support and issue tracking
Required Skills
Should have a Business Degree (B.com/BBA/ MBA/ M.com)
Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
Ability to analyse business problems and propose process improvements.
Positive documentation and presentation skills.
Basic understanding of ERP systems or willingness to learn (Odoo knowledge is a plus).
Team player with a proactive approach to learning.
Proficiency in Excel, documentation, and presentation tools
