We are looking for an HR Executive – Operations with hands-on experience in day-to-day HR activities, employee lifecycle management, and HR documentation.
Key Responsibilities
Manage employee onboarding, joining formalities, and exit processes.
Maintain employee records, HR databases, and HRMS.
Handle attendance, leave management, and timesheet tracking.
Coordinate monthly payroll processing and maintain payroll records.
Assist with full and final settlements and employee documentation.
Support PF, ESI, and other statutory compliance activities.
Address employee queries and support employee engagement initiatives.
Prepare HR MIS reports and maintain accurate HR data.
Ensure HR policies and internal processes are followed.
Required Skills & Qualifications
MBA/PGDM in HR or a relevant qualification.
2–4 years of relevant, full time HR Operations experience.
Practical knowledge of onboarding, attendance, leave management, and payroll coordination.
Familiarity with HRMS, MS Excel, and employee documentation.
Positive communication, coordination, and organisational skills.
Candidates must be currently based in Delhi NCR.
Salary ₹25,000–₹30,000 per month, depending on relevant experience.
