Role & responsibilities
Candidate should have Hardware,OS and basics application knowledge.
Resolving technical support calls over Phone , Mails , Helpdesk.
Candidate should have basic Networking (Active and Passive) Knowledge.
Setting up user Accounts and profile networks.
Basic knowledge of windows server ,Anti- Virus and Firewall.
Maintain Inventory of Hardware and Software.
Maintain daily and weekly backup server.
Coordinate with various service providers (Email, access control, software.CCTV).
Versatile in End point Detection and in prevention tools thwart malicious hacks.
Preferred candidate profile
Experience of 2 to 5 Years.
BSC IT / BCA / Diploma.
Valuable Oral and Written Communication skills.
Willing to learn and grow.
