: Jewellery Sales Assistant

Job Overview

We are looking for a well-presented, customer-focused Jewellery Sales Assistant to assist customers in selecting jewellery, provide product information, and ensure a premium shopping experience. The candidate should have valuable communication skills, attention to detail, and an interest in jewellery and retail sales.

Key Responsibilities
Welcome customers and assist them in selecting jewellery based on their preferences, requirements, and budget.
Explain jewellery designs, materials, gold purity, diamond quality, gemstones, and pricing.
Handle jewellery pieces carefully and maintain proper security protocols.
Support sales activities, achieve sales targets, and build long-term customer relationships.
Maintain showroom presentation, product displays, and jewellery stock organisation.
Prepare bills, quotations, and customer orders as required.
Follow up with customers regarding enquiries, orders, and prospective purchases.
Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and sales transactions.
Coordinate with the inventory and billing teams for stock availability and order fulfilment.

Customer-oriented approach and willingness to learn.
Basic computer skills and familiarity with billing systems.
Solid attention to detail, honesty, and integrity.
Prior experience in jewellery retail or luxury sales is preferred but not mandatory.

Preferred Candidate Profile
Experience in jewellery, fashion, luxury retail, or premium customer service.
Ability to understand customer preferences and recommend suitable products.
Comfortable working with sales targets and handling high-value products.

Compensation Salary will be based on experience and suitability. Incentives may be offered based on sales performance.

Pay: ₹8,500.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
