We are looking for a Marketing Operations Manager to streamline how our in-house marketing team plans, builds and delivers content and collateral for business and product teams. Sitting at the intersection of marketing execution and project delivery, this role partners closely with Product Managers to ensure that marketing operations run smoothly, on time and at scale.

As the operational hub for incoming work, you will support the day-to-day running of our marketing organization across Content, Creative, Video & Motion and Digital Experience. You will make sure every request is properly captured, assigned, tracked, reported and delivered in line with established processes, priorities and service levels. You will work closely with Program Managers and Studio Leads to keep work moving efficiently through the organization.

Key Responsibilities

Intake Coordination
Manage incoming project requests from business and product teams, ensuring each is complete, accurate and correctly prioritized.

Traffic Management
Route work to the appropriate teams and individuals, and keep projects moving through each stage of the workflow.

Project Administration
Maintain project management systems and track deliverables, timelines and dependencies through to completion.





Resource and Capacity Support
Monitor team workloads and support capacity planning so work is distributed effectively.

Operational Reporting
Produce regular reports on project status, turnaround times, volumes and service-level performance, and flag risks early.

Process and Workflow Administration
Document, maintain and continuously improve intake processes, workflows and standards across teams.

What Success Looks Like
Requests are captured fully and routed correctly the first time
Projects are delivered on time and within agreed service levels
Stakeholders have transparent, timely visibility into status and priorities
Workflows become more consistent, efficient and scalable

Qualifications
6 years of experience in marketing operations, project coordination, traffic management or a similar role
Experience with project management tools such as [Workfront / Asana / Jira / Monday.com]
Robust organizational skills and attention to detail
Explicit written and verbal communication, with the ability to work across creative and business teams
Comfort with reporting, data and process documentation
