Lead end-to-end statutory compliance, ensuring 100% adherence to PF, ESIC, EPFO, and applicable labour laws.
Independently manage ECR filings, challans, statutory returns, audits, inspections, and regulatory documentation.
Ensure compliance with Minimum Wages, Bonus, Gratuity, and other applicable employment legislation.
Manage contractor labour compliance, statutory records, labour licences, and coordination with government authorities.
Drive compliance audits, identify legal risks, and ensure zero penalties or statutory defaults at the Babrala, UP location.

Pay: ₹45,000.00 - ₹50,000.00 per month
