: Manager - Instrumentation for Manufacturing Industry

Position Overview The Manager of Instrumentation is responsible for overseeing the instrumentation department within a manufacturing facility. This role requires a strong understanding of instrumentation and control systems, along with leadership skills to manage a team of engineers and technicians.

Key Responsibilities
Leadership & Management:
Lead and manage the instrumentation team, providing guidance and mentorship.
Develop training programs to enhance team skills and knowledge.
System Design & Implementation:
Oversee the design, installation, and maintenance of instrumentation systems.
Ensure compliance with industry standards and safety regulations.
Project Management:
Plan and execute instrumentation projects from conception to completion.
Collaborate with other departments to ensure project alignment with business goals.
Troubleshooting & Support:
Provide technical support for instrumentation issues and ensure timely resolution.
Conduct regular audits and inspections of instrumentation systems.
Budgeting & Cost Management:




Develop and manage the budget for the instrumentation department.
Identify cost-saving opportunities without compromising quality.

Qualifications
Education:
Bachelor’s degree in Instrumentation Engineering, Electrical Engineering, or a related field.
Experience:
Minimum of 5 years of experience in instrumentation within the manufacturing industry.
Proven track record in a managerial role.
Skills:
Robust knowledge of instrumentation and control systems.
Excellent leadership and team management skills.
Proficiency in project management and budgeting.
Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.

Additional Information
Location: This position is based in Jhagadia, with possible travel to manufacturing sites as needed.
Work Setting: Quick-paced manufacturing environment with a focus on safety and quality.

Pay: ₹1,000,000.00 per year
