Job Summary

We are looking for an experienced and dedicated ICU Staff Nurse with a minimum of 2 years of relevant ICU experience. The candidate will be responsible for providing high-quality nursing care to critically ill patients, monitoring their condition, administering medications, and assisting doctors during procedures and emergencies.

Key Responsibilities
Provide comprehensive nursing care to critically ill and unstable patients in the ICU.
Monitor and record patients’ vital signs, including BP, pulse, SpO₂, temperature, and respiratory rate.
Monitor cardiac rhythm and other ICU parameters.
Administer medications, injections, IV fluids, and blood products as prescribed.
Operate and monitor ICU equipment such as ventilators, infusion pumps, syringe pumps, and monitors.
Assist doctors during emergency procedures, intubation, CPR, and other critical interventions.
Maintain accurate patient records, nursing notes, medication charts, and ICU documentation.
Identify changes in patient condition and immediately report them to the doctor/senior nurse.
Follow infection control, hand hygiene, and patient safety protocols.




Perform proper catheter care, wound care, and other nursing procedures.
Maintain emergency drugs, equipment, and ICU supplies.
Assist in patient admission, transfer, and discharge procedures.
Provide proper communication and support to patients’ attendants when required.
Ensure compliance with hospital policies, nursing protocols, and quality standards.
Participate in emergency and critical care situations as required.

Required Qualifications
B.Sc. Nursing / GNM from a recognized institution.
Valid nursing registration.
Minimum 2 years of relevant ICU experience.
Valuable knowledge of critical care nursing and emergency procedures.
Knowledge of ventilator and cardiac monitor handling will be preferred.
Positive communication, teamwork, and patient-care skills.
Ability to work effectively under pressure and in rotational shifts.
