Key Responsibilities:
Lead the overall Compliance function and regulatory governance.
Ensure adherence to RBI regulations, guidelines and regulatory requirements.
Manage RBI inspections, regulatory reporting, compliance monitoring and remediation.
Identify and manage regulatory/compliance risks.
Develop and strengthen compliance policies, frameworks and controls.
Provide compliance advisory to business and senior management.
Present key compliance matters and regulatory risks to the MD/Board.
Manage senior stakeholders and lead the compliance team.
Requirements:
8+ years of Compliance experience, NBFCs.
Mandatory experience in an RBI-classified Middle Layer NBFC (NBFC-ML).
Strong hands-on RBI regulatory compliance experience.
Exposure to RBI inspections and regulatory interactions.
Solid MD/CEO/Board-level/CCO reporting experience.
Smart, confident, articulate with strong decision-making and stakeholder-management skills.
