Role & responsibilities We are looking for a proactive and technically skilled System Administrator and Manager with a minimum of 5 years of relevant experience to manage, maintain, and secure our IT infrastructure.

The ideal candidate should have hands-on experience in system administration, network management, team coordination, and firewall security, with specific experience in Sophos Firewall.

Key Responsibilities & Skills:
Manage and maintain servers, systems, networks, and other IT infrastructure.
Configure, monitor, and troubleshoot Sophos Firewall and related security solutions.
Solid understanding of networking concepts, including TCP/IP, DNS, DHCP, VPN, and VLAN.
Monitor system performance, identify issues,



and implement timely resolutions.
Ensure IT infrastructure security and follow cybersecurity best practices.
Stay updated on emerging IT technologies, cybersecurity trends, and industry best practices.
Coordinate and provide technical guidance to the IT support team.
Basic knowledge of cloud platforms such as Microsoft Azure, AWS, or Google Cloud is preferred.
Demonstrate solid troubleshooting, analytical, and problem-solving skills.
Maintain transparent technical documentation and communicate effectively with users and stakeholders.
Willingness and flexibility to work in night shifts aligned with US business hours.
