Job Summary

We are looking for an experienced MERN Stack Developer with 4 years of hands-on experience in developing scalable, responsive, and high-performance web applications. The ideal candidate should have strong expertise in MongoDB, Express.js, React.js, and Node.js, along with a good understanding of REST APIs, database management, and modern web development practices.

Key Responsibilities
Design, develop, test, and maintain web applications using the MERN stack.
Build responsive and reusable UI components using React.js.
Develop server-side applications and RESTful APIs using Node.js and Express.js.
Design and manage databases using MongoDB.
Integrate front-end components with back-end services and third-party APIs.
Optimize application performance, scalability, and security.
Implement authentication and authorization using JWT, OAuth, or similar technologies.
Write clean, reusable, and maintainable code following industry best practices.
Identify, troubleshoot, and resolve bugs and technical issues.
Collaborate with UI/UX designers, QA engineers, product managers, and other developers.
Participate in code reviews, testing, deployment,



and maintenance activities.
Use Git and version control systems to manage source code.

Required Skills
Minimum 4 years of professional experience in MERN Stack development.
Strong proficiency in JavaScript (ES6+) and TypeScript.
Hands-on experience with React.js, hooks, state management, and component-based architecture.
Robust knowledge of Node.js and Express.js.
Experience with MongoDB, schema design, indexing, and query optimization.
Experience in designing and consuming RESTful APIs.
Knowledge of HTML5, CSS3, responsive design, and up-to-date UI frameworks.
Experience with Git and cooperative development workflows.
Understanding of authentication, authorization, and web application security.
Familiarity with unit testing and debugging tools.
Knowledge of deployment processes and cloud platforms such as AWS, Azure, or similar.

Education Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field, or equivalent practical experience.

Pay: Up to ₹60,000.00 per month
