We are looking for a skilled IT Support Engineer to provide technical support, troubleshoot IT issues, and maintain computer systems and networks.
Key Responsibilities
Troubleshoot hardware, software, and network issues.
Install and configure computers, printers, and software.
Provide technical support to employees.
Maintain IT systems and ensure smooth operations.
Assist with network connectivity and system maintenance.
Requirements
2–5 years of relevant IT support experience.
Knowledge of Windows OS, hardware, and networking.
Valuable troubleshooting and communication skills.
GCC experience is preferred.
