Roles and Responsibilities
Manage technology transfer activities for recent products, ensuring successful implementation of processes from R&D; to commercial production.
Lead cross-functional teams to develop and optimize formulations, including solid orals, liquids, semi-solids, topicals, injectables, and transdermal patches.
Collaborate with process development scientists to design and execute experiments for product development and improvement initiatives.
Develop and maintain relationships with external partners to source raw materials and equipment necessary for manufacturing operations.
Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements by coordinating audits and inspections.
Mandatory Skillset
Have seamless technology transfer experience.
Looking for personnel who understand technology transfer and have experience of working with CMO.
