We are looking for a Jr. Architect to join our team for a commercial project on a full time, on-site basis .
Key Responsibilities:
Assist with architectural and interior design execution on site
Prepare and update working drawings, layouts, and detailing
Coordinate with contractors, vendors, and site teams
Monitor site execution as per drawings and design intent
Take site measurements and prepare revisions as required
Assist with material selection and detailing
Prepare 3D views and presentations
Create and edit design presentations using Photoshop
Requirements:
Degree/Diploma in Architecture / Interior Design
Good knowledge of AutoCAD
Well versed with Photoshop
Good understanding of 3D views and architectural visualization
Basic knowledge of materials, detailing, and site execution
Good communication and coordination skills
Ability to work independently on site and coordinate with multiple teams
Prior experience in commercial projects will be preferred
