Key Responsibilities
Administer and maintain Palo Alto Networks firewalls and Panorama.
Configure and manage security policies, NAT rules, routing, zones, address objects, services, and security profiles.




Support Prisma solutions, GlobalProtect, VPN connectivity, and secure remote access.
Monitor network performance, firewall traffic, availability, and security events.
Troubleshoot connectivity, routing, DNS, DHCP, authentication, VPN, and application-access issues.
Perform firewall upgrades, configuration backups, policy reviews, and security remediation.
Investigate network and security incidents and perform root-cause analysis.
Collaborate with cybersecurity, cloud, infrastructure, service desk, and application teams.
Execute network changes according to change-management procedures.
Maintain network diagrams, firewall documentation, operating procedures, and configuration records.
Support disaster recovery, business continuity, and on-call operations.

Additional Requirements
Life sciences project experience.
Solid analytical, troubleshooting, documentation, and communication skills.
Candidates should be comfortable working rotational shifts and supporting enterprise network operations.

Pay: Up to ₹3,000,000.00 per year Work Location: Hybrid remote in Chennai, Tamil Nadu
