Role & responsibilities
Project Governance: Take complete ownership of engineering timelines; strictly adhere to milestone
schedules while upholding the absolute structural quality of hardware deliverables.
Stakeholder Management: Serve as a principal technical liaison across inter-departmental
boundaries, internal engineering personnel, and strategic external suppliers.
Supplier Evaluation: Travel domestically to perform critical supplier technical assessments and
manufacturing line evaluations.
Intellectual Property: Lead patent and IP infringement studies to secure corporate innovations and
mitigate technology risks.
Team Culture: Foster a proactive, solutions-driven engineering atmosphere guided by a highly
positive,



cooperative approach to technical bottlenecks.

Education Requirements & Work Experience:
Education: B.E./B.Tech or M.E./M.Tech in Electronics and Communication Engineering.
Industry Focus: Direct core experience in the Automotive domain is highly preferred.
Work Experience: Min. 8 years to Max 14 years
